Needing some space? How to create space and balance.

Every single person has the same 24 hours a day and most days limited amounts of time, ideas, resources, and energy. People tend to over commit themselves and exhaust their minds and bodies of valuable energy that should be used elsewhere. Over committing yourself allows your mind to feel “cluttered” and unfocused which causes a constant state of exhaustion and  in how you decided where to put your efforts.
This leads to guilt, anxiety, frustrations and sometimes a huge sense of under achievement in your life and your overall satisfaction with how you feel.
This means it is a time to refocus! The following are some examples of how you can do this!
1. Cut out the things that are not important and drain your energy.
2. Establish boundaries as to where you will end and other people pick up.
3. Schedule time for yourself and the areas you want to improve on.
